Outdoors RV Rentals accepts major credit cards via our online booking system. We require full payment at the time of booking.

Note: For international payment cards, an International Transaction Fee of 3% may also be charged by our payment provider.

A refundable damage deposit of $1500 is required the day of your pick-up but will be back in your pocket within seven days after dropping off, assuming the rental is in great shape, fuel is full and no other policies have been broken as per our Rental Agreement.


Your safety, the safety of others, and the safety of our property, is a priority for us at Outdoors RV Rentals.

We’ve tried to make insurance and as simple as possible for our Guests. Effective January, 2023, You will need to have either your own personal vehicle insurance that covers “RV rentals” or other supplemental insurance coverage such as travel insurance, or upgrade to include our insurance coverage in order to rent with us. Renters will be responsible for ANY damage to the vehicle exterior, tires, interior and contents while the vehicle is in their possession and prior to us checking it in after it is returned.

It is the renters responsibility to thoroughly check the campervan prior to leaving Outdoors RV Rentals’ premises for any damage not recorded on the Vehicle Condition report, which is in the van and on file, and notify us via email with supporting imagery. We also highly recommend that Renters take detailed photos or video of the campervan when they drop off at our premises. Renter authorizes Outdoors RV Rentals to charge the payment card on file for the full cost of damages plus applicable administration and potential loss of revenue fees. Accidents and Breakdowns

If an accident occurs, please refer to your Rental Agreement and contact us as soon as possible.

If it’s an emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately. If an accident occurs and the damage is potentially over $1,000, a police report from the office of the jurisdiction of the incident is required and you must contact Outdoors RV Rentals. If the RV Rental breaks down or requires a tow, please call roadside assistance. If there is a mechanical failure of an internal component of the RV Rental, we will do our best to repair the problem via phone tech support and get you on your way as quickly as possible. We may send a technician if we can fix the problem on site and you are within 75 miles of our location. If there is a catastrophic failure we will supply you with another rental if one is available. Renter is responsible for all incidental expenses incurred during a breakdown.

No Pets allowed in our camper cars, Micro campervans and campervan. For our Class C rentals 

Festival Policy

We’re festival friendly, however we do not allow rentals to Burning Man. Keep in mind that we have a strict no-smoking policy and if anything is damaged we will be dipping into your damage deposit to take care of it.

Age Restriction

Renters must be 25 years or older to rent a Outdoors RV Rentals.

Driver’s License Restrictions

You must have a valid full driver’s license from the country, province or state you are from. No Learners Permits, early-stage “Graduated Licenses” or “N” Novice licenses are accepted. Our cancellation fee will apply to anyone who books with us but needs to cancel because of this restriction.

Pick up and Drop Off

We operate just like a rental car company as our rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis: If you pick up the van at 11 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 11 am.

Roadside Assistance

Emergency roadside assistance is provided 24/7/365 by our trained RV associates. Our vast network of service providers offers a wide range of services to get your rental RV back on the road. 

Selection of the roadside assistance coverage, within 24hrs of the reservation start date, requires 48hrs to activate the coverage. MBA Roadside Assistance

Estimated Mileage Charge

An estimated mileage charge is required for every rental and any miles driven over 100 miles per day are charged per mile.* The deposit and the per mile rate is charged according to your rental model. At drop off, if you have driven less than the amount covered by your deposit, you will be refunded at the corresponding mileage rate. At drop off, if you have driven more than the amount covered by the deposit, you will be charged for excess miles at the rate that corresponds with your vehicle model.


The rentals will be full of fuel (regular unleaded gasoline) when you pick up. Please return it full. Any unfilled rental will be charged the fuel amount plus a $50 service fee.

Citations, fines and tolls

Renter is responsible for all citations, fines and tolls while the vehicle is in their possession. If Outdoors RV Rentals receives a citation after the rental, you authorize us to pay the ticket amount on your behalf. Outdoors RV Rentals is then authorized to charge the credit card on file the fine amount plus a $50 service fee as per our Rental Agreement.
